Care when it’s urgent, but not an emergency

Receive value-based priority care for non-life-threatening conditions, without the need to visit an emergency department.

Priority Care Centres (PCC)  at Elizabeth Medical and Dental Centre supports the Lyell McEwin Hospital & Modbury Hospital and is one of ForHealth’s 1st PCC’s across South Australia.

The PCC provides free, immediate, treatment and care for patients with or are experiencing non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses. The PCC is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities.  

The PPC is open 7 days a week, from 10am to 8pm.

A referral is required to be seen via the Priority Care Centre. If you need to visit the PCC, you can contact your regular GP for a referral. Please note ancillary services including radiology may not be open our full operating times, for specific details please refer below.
