Her clinical background as a Registered Nurse inspired her to shift her focus toward preventative health. Growing up with athlete parents and participating in aerobic gymnastics herself, Niki experienced firsthand how nutrition impacts performance — a journey that led her to become a strong advocate for healthy eating and nutrition.
