Appointment Cancellation Policy : We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that the scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance.
A no show/cancellation fee of $50 may apply if your appointment is not cancelled with at least 4 hours notice.

Our medical centre does not perform COVID-19 testing. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are seeking medical advice, please book a telehealth appointment online. You may receive a call for your appointment from a private number.

Medicare Urgent Care Clinic provides free, immediate, treatment and care for patients with or are experiencing non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses. Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities.  

Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is open 7 days a week, from 10am to 8pm.

You can book online, call or walk-in appointments are also available. Please note ancillary services including radiology may not be open our full operating times, for specific details please refer below.

Call Triple Zero (000) or visit your nearest emergency department if you or someone is experiencing the following:

  • Chest pain or tightness
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Uncontrollable bleeding
  • Severe burns
  • Poisoning

  • Numbness or paralysis
  • A life-threatening injury
  • On-going fever in infants
  • Unresponsive
